From Health Anxiety to Living is a two-part guided hypnosis audio pathway designed to gently retrain your nervous system out of hypervigilance and back into safety. This is not deep trauma processing. This is not root cause work, or a substitute for medical care or therapy.

 

This is structured nervous system retraining you can use consistently at home. It works by helping your body experience safety repeatedly, so over time it begins responding differently to sensations.

Both audios are designed using nervous system regulation principles and subconscious repetition techniques used in my client work.

  • Is this experience safe?
    This self-hypnosis experience is not suitable for everyone. Please do not purchase or use this experience if you have epilepsy, a history of seizures, psychosis, or a cardiac pacemaker. For everyone else, this experience is safe when used as directed.
  • How is different from meditation or hypnosis?
    This is not a generic relaxation or “calm down” audio.

    Instead of trying to eliminate anxiety, it gently retrains your nervous system’s response to body sensations. Health anxiety is driven by the fear of what a sensation might mean. These recordings help your body learn that sensations do not equal danger.

    You remain aware and in control throughout. Simply listening consistently is enough to begin reinforcing safety.
  • Do I lose control listening?
    No. You remain aware, present, and in control the entire time. This is a guided self-hypnosis experience, meaning you are an active participant. You can open your eyes, move your body, pause, or stop the audio at any point.
  • Will this work if I’ve tried other things?
    Many people who use these recordings have already tried breathing exercises, meditation, therapy, or reassurance strategies.

    This approach works at a nervous system and subconscious level, helping your body respond differently to sensations instead of escalating them.

    For many, this makes other tools more effective because the body no longer automatically interprets anxiety as danger.
  • Is this a quick fix?
    No. This is not designed to override anxiety or force calm.

    Health anxiety shifts through repetition, not pressure. These recordings create a safe interruption to the spiral and support gradual, sustainable change as your nervous system learns a different response.

    Some people notice relief quickly. For others, change builds steadily over 30 to 60 days of consistent listening.
  • Which Recording Do I Listen to First? Do I Listen to Both?
    Choose one recording and listen to it consistently for 3 weeks.

    After those 3 weeks, move to the second recording and use it consistently for another 3 weeks.

    Once you have completed both phases, you can continue by alternating between them in whatever rhythm feels supportive.

    The key is consistency. Repetition allows your nervous system to gradually learn a new response.
